• “Platform” refers to the Schooliply website and all related services.
• “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses our platform, including students, scouts, and school representatives.
• “Partner Institutions” refers to universities, colleges, and educational institutions partnered with Schooliply.
• “Application” refers to a submission made through our platform to a Partner Institution.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in your profile or applications
• Use the platform to submit fraudulent or plagiarized documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use any automated tools to extract data from the platform without our written consent
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or other users’ access
• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access.

5. Applications and Admissions

No Guarantee of Admission

Schooliply facilitates the application process but does not guarantee admission to any institution. Admission decisions are made solely by Partner Institutions based on their own criteria.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents submitted in your applications. Schooliply is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

Application Review

Our admission consultants review applications to help improve their quality, but this does not constitute a guarantee of acceptance. Final review and decisions rest with the Partner Institution.

6. Scouts and Representatives

Scouts and educational consultants using our platform to manage student applications agree to act in the best interests of their students and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Scouts are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from students before submitting applications on their behalf.

7. Partner Institutions

Partner Institutions are responsible for their own admission criteria, programs, tuition fees, and policies. Schooliply does not warrant the accuracy of information provided by Partner Institutions and is not liable for any changes they make to programs or policies.

8. Fees and Payment

Some services may require payment of fees, which will be clearly disclosed before you commit. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Commission arrangements with scouts are governed by separate agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Schooliply or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including application documents. By submitting content, you grant Schooliply a license to use, store, and share it with Partner Institutions as necessary to provide our services. You confirm that you have the right to submit all content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that application outcomes will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schooliply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schooliply and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Schooliply is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
